How Brexit will affect travel to the U.K. and Europe
Britain is set to leave the European Union on January 31st. This article outlines what will change for travelers. Two of the biggest issues are borders and how travelers will cross them. There shouldn’t be any affect for air travel as Britain has already set up “open-skies” agreements with several countries including the United States. This will be similar to the agreement the U.S. currently has with the European Union, so Americans won’t notice much of a change. United States eases travel advisory for Australia
As of last week, Australia is now at a Level 1 on the U.S. State Department’s travel advisory scale, meaning exercise normal precautions. This is a decrease from their previous Level 1 advisory that was previously in affect since the bush fires began.
