The brand-spanking-new Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos just opened and a few of our Enchanted travel experts had the chance to spend a few nights there for the AIC Showstopper Awards. The AIC Showstopper Awards is an annual event that recognizes top-producing travel agents.
Over 200 agents attended the awards ceremony on Tuesday, October 22. One of our agents, Josh Martinez, took home the Double Platinum Award. He earned this award by booking over 76 rooms with AIC Hotel Group in 2018. Enchanted Travel Agency as a whole took home the Diamond Award for booking over 250 rooms with AIC Hotel Group in 2018.
The awards ceremony was Tuesday night, and then Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos put on a full-blown concert series the rest of the week. Wednesday night, Bret Michaels performed. Thursday night, Enrique Iglesias took the stage. And on Friday night, Lil Jon joined the party for another exclusive performance.
Let’s take a closer look at the much-anticipated Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos where the awards were held. This is Hard Rock’s first resort in Los Cabos, nestled on the southern tip of Mexico’s Baja Peninsula. This resort is perfect for relaxation and play and is also a great place for an event.

In addition, the bathrooms are also equipped with a whirlpool bathtub. They are modern yet comfortable, and really bring a Los Cabos vibe from the outside in.

Josh stayed in a Junior Suite, which features a spacious king-sized bed and scenic views. It features a hydro spa tub on the private balcony, as well as a gorgeous bathroom with it’s own bathtub. In addition, the Junior Suite has a separate room with a double size sofa bed.
We love Hard Rock resorts because of their many room options, including those that are great for families. For instance, the Deluxe Family room includes two connecting rooms – one with a king bed and the other with two double beds. Perfect for a family of 4 to 6.
For honeymooners or just those looking for something extra, they can book the Rock Suite Platinum Rooftop Terrace. This suite option is available as a one bedroom with a king be and living room or two bedrooms with two queen beds. You can’t beat the incredibly views from the private, fully-furnished rooftop terrace that is yours and yours alone.
Rock Suite Swim-Up Ocean Front rooms are another option for someone looking for that bit of extra. With both ocean views and pool access, you can’t go wrong. Available in one bedroom with a king bed or two bedrooms with a king and two queens.
5 Amazing Swimming Pools
At Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos, you’ll find 5 large pools with swim-up bars and water slides. The Lyric Pool is the biggest pool at the resort. There is a safe children’s area as well as a swim-up bar for adults. In addition, this is where you’ll find most of the water activities, live music, foam parties, and water slides.
Eden Pool is where you should head if you are looking for some luxurious peace and quiet. This pool is an adult-only pool with a swim-up bar basically right on the beach. Eden Wet Bar & Eden Snack Bar are right nearby so you don’t have to go far for a snack, either!
Legendary Pool is for Hard Rock Hotel Legendary guests only. Luxurious cabanas and fire pits surround it. In addition, this is the only pool where you can order premium Legendary Cocktails.
Pulse Pool is right next to the main pool with all of the water slides. It is also close to the Pizzeto restaurant and you can order their dishes right to your pool chair.
Rhythm Pool is designed to make you feel like it’s part of the sea, with an incredible infinity edge. You’ll find sunbeds in the middle of the pool for a daytime siesta, and this is one of the best spots to watch the sunsets.
Red Pool is so-named because of its red floor. It is a party pool, with a DJ booth directly in the center. This is where you’ll find pool parties and dancing.

Besides the family suite options and the water slides, Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos also has their very own bowling alley. It is located on the ground floor level of the Moonlight Bar and has four lanes. It stays open until 2 AM for those looking to let the kids go a little wild! Not into bowling? Head to one of the two lighted tennis courts.
Great Food
Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos is home to 8 restaurants, including Ciao for traditional Italian, sushi at Zen, Brazilian at Ipanema, and pizza from Pizzeto. In addition, The Market is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Toro is a steakhouse on the property, and Los Gallos serves traditional Mexican cuisine. Lastly, Cafetto serves continental breakfast as well as snacks and coffee all day long.

Los Cabos is considered the capital of Golf in Mexico. The professional staff at Hard Rock Los Cabos can confirm and arrange tee-times or lessons and help with club rentals. Nearby courses include El Cardonal at Diamante, The Dunes at Diamante, Cabo Real by Questro, and Club Campestre San Jose.
