Southwest’s New Enhancement to Tracking Travel Funds
Frequent travelers love Southwest Airlines due to the ease at which you can cancel and change flights. However, it’s technology has not always been user-friendly in terms of tracking refund vouchers. When a traveler cancels a Southwest flight for a nonrefundable reservation, Southwest issues them a Travel Fund voucher. In theory, this is a great system. The problem arises when travelers go back to find their Travel Fund numbers to redeem their vouchers. Now, for all flights canceled on or after December 3, 2019, Southwest will keep track of your Southwest Travel Funds for you. In addition, your points will appear in your account on both the desktop site and your app. Read more about this handy update at the link below.
